The July news is here — or rather, one big new feature!
We would like to inform you about a new option we have launched in the application. The new feature is API automatic integration with payroll systems. This integration enables automatic data transfer between the payroll system and the Payminator application, including automatic updates of the employee database. Thanks to the API integration, there is no longer any need to manually upload exports or keep track of which employees need to be blocked.
What information is transferred through the automatic API integration?
- Export of tax rebates required for monthly payroll processing
- Export of supporting documents for annual tax reconciliation
- New employees are automatically imported from the payroll system into the application and receive an invitation email to register
- When an employee’s employment ends, their account is automatically blocked in the application
- Personal data updates — if an employee changes their address or other personal details in the application, the changes are automatically transferred into the payroll system after approval
API integration is another step towards digitalisation, simplifying payroll and tax form processing, and improving communication with employees. In addition, this integration also enables bulk uploading of documents such as Pension Insurance Records (ELDP) or Employment-related Taxable Income Statements (POZP) directly to employees, eliminating the need to send documents by registered mail and collect signatures confirming receipt.
