The transition to the online version is smooth, and you can switch at any time during the year by starting only with the taxpayer declaration form. By January, everyone will already be familiar with the application, and annual tax reconciliation will become easy to manage.
So how does the implementation process actually work?
- The first part is handled by us. We create your company account in the system and fill in all the necessary company information.
- Next, it is necessary to decide who in your company will have which role. You determine the responsibilities assigned to HR staff and how the entire process will function within your organisation. The application offers three roles — Administrator, Payroll Accountant, and Viewer. The Administrator can change company settings, approve or reject requests, and add or block user roles. Payroll Accountants can process requests, add or block employees, and communicate with them. The Viewer assists Payroll Accountants and can help employees prepare their requests in case of uncertainty. In general, this role is designed for people who need an overview of the process within the organisation but are not authorised to approve or reject requests.
- You choose the activation date. On that day, employees automatically receive invitations to register in the application.
- We arrange training sessions for Payroll Accountants, HR staff, and optionally also employees. Whether you prefer the training before launch or, for example, after a week once employees have already explored the application themselves, is entirely up to you. We also offer video training that introduces employees to the main functions and guides them through the application.
- Afterwards, we configure exports according to the payroll system you use. Thanks to this, exports can simply be uploaded into your payroll system without the need to manually rewrite any data.
- In return, you provide us with an export from your payroll software containing the employee list and the data you wish to upload into the application. We will handle the import for you.
- On the activation day, we send emails to employees with instructions to register via the provided link — and that is all. No complicated procedures.
In just three days, all employees can begin working with the application. Our goal is to make the implementation process as simple as possible for you while requiring minimal time on your side.
